These terms cover your use of inferenceconsulting.ca. The site is run by Maxson Choe, a sole proprietor doing business as Inference Consulting, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The content here describes our services and past work for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation. Results described from past projects reflect those projects and are not a guarantee of the same outcome for yours.

Working with us

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work, which sets out the scope, price, timeline and who owns what. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Inference Consulting. Please do not copy or republish them without permission. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.

Links and third-party tools

The site links to and uses services run by others, such as Cal.com for booking and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Inference Consulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit anything set out in a signed client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Nova Scotia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
